​There is no love like Bernese love - they are extremely affectionate and loyal. The companionship and devotion they lay at the feet of their people is unparalleled and in our opinion, there is not a more sweet natured family dog than the Bernese Mountain Dog. Bernese are sensitive, thriving on your happiness and are a friend who can always be counted on. Our clients find our Bernese Dream dogs to be especially kind and gentle with children and other pets, good natured, easygoing, aim to please, and are always willing to play, without needing excessive amounts of exercise.  These traits are selected for and given top priority in our breeding pairs. Our calm, patient and trainable gentle giants also make extra special friends for neurodiverse children and those with special needs. Our family have experienced their therapeutic benefits first hand, as an alternative to elusive and costly therapy dogs. This is why we searched for Bernese from top breeding programmes throughout Europe - to bring these magnificent dogs to ours and other NZ families.
